Database by Design, LLC was founded in 2002 as a custom point of sale software company. As time went on, the industry evolved and our company began to provide hosting and security services for our customers' database processing needs.
Fast forward to present day and our hosting business is now at our core. When we began hosting, our needs were complex but clear; provide a hosting environment for large scale, mission critical, secure, high availability databases and business critical applications. From the start we knew shared hosting wasn't the way to go which is why today we do not provide shared web hosting services. Dedicated hosting was our solution and, not surprising, the core of the company today. With the advent of virtual server technology, we are now able to provide completely secure, customizable robust solutions for a fraction of the cost of dedicated hosting. You won't find Celeron processors, 40GB hard drives or single DIMM's of memory in any of our servers. Only the highest performing, proven and cost effective components go into our servers. Better equipment means less downtime and faster response.

This is why we focus on the customer. We like to think that we have a unique understanding of our customer relationship. You are hiring us, we work for you, you are our boss.
