How our 7-day no-questions-asked refund works

Terms & Conditions:
  • Refund will be denied if customer receives a TOS violation during trial.
  • If the trial is ended early, remaining balance of trial will not carried over to a new trial.
  • One trial per customer.
  • Database by Design, LLC reserves the right to deny a trial to a customer for any reason.
  • Database by Design, LLC Terms of Service (TOS) applies to all trials.
  • Not available on special order servers or discounted specials.

How it works (7-day no-questions-asked refund):
  • Use select Dedicated or Virtual Private Servers for 7-days.
  • No commitments, no pressure & easy to cancel.
  • Should you for any reason decide to cancel your server within the first 7-days of service simply request a full refund via email.
  • If subscription is canceled before the 7th day you will receive a full refund within 24 hours.
